Management Area of Emphasis

Career opportunities

Graduates go into consulting, human resources, talent acquisition, management training programs, project and product management and general management roles across industries. The people skills at the core of this emphasis travel well: they're what separates a strong individual contributor from someone ready to run a team.

This program enables you to lead teams, shape how organizations work and get the best out of the people in them.

Management students specialize in one of two tracks: Leadership or Human Resources Management. Both build on a foundation in organizational behavior--how people actually behave at work, and what that means for the person responsible for them.
