Employers intending to offer a University of Colorado Leeds student full-time employment should be aware that we follow the NACE position on Setting Reasonable Deadlines for Job Offers. We recommend that employers offering full-time positions to past summer interns give students sufficient time for consideration of any employment offers and strongly encourage allowing students until October 31 to accept/decline an offer. The Leeds Career Development Office also informs students of the integrity needed in evaluating an offer and avoiding reneging on an offer whenever feasible. Our office believes that adhering to the above practices will result in successful employments for students and employers alike.
