With a vision for inclusive excellence, the Office of Diversity Affairs (ODA) plays a crucial role in the school’s future. For students who have demonstrated strong potential but have limited access to rigorous high school preparation resources, ODA helps bridge the education gap early and propel these students to excel by providing challenging programming and extraordinary support. These programs not only help recruit underrepresented and first-generation students, they also support student retention, graduation and career success.

Help End the Gap
The Leeds School of Business aspires to be a national leader in providing a strong business education with unique curricular and extra-curricular opportunities. Being global not only requires an understanding of various markets, cultures, and geopolitical systems, it also requires a mindset open to new ideas and new ways of thinking. Our First-Year Global Experience (FGX) program is key to taking the classroom experience to the global stage.

Scholarships play a key role as we aim to recruit and retain highly-qualified students who face the financial challenge of funding their college education.
- Freshmen applicants from Colorado are 2 times more likely to attend Leeds when offered a $2,000 merit scholarship
- Award amount matters: admitted student yield increases as the scholarship award amount increases
