Your Impact in Action

These stories showcase how your contributions create ripple effects throughout our community and beyond. Through philanthropy, volunteering and mentorship, you are shaping business education and fostering future leaders ready to make their mark.

Artificial intelligence (AI) is rapidly transforming the workplace and redefining business career readiness. At Leeds, faculty are equipping students to become skilled users of AI rather than passive consumers.

A business degree can lead almost anywhere, but it isn't always obvious where to take it. Through experiential learning, Leeds students can explore these possibilities by applying classroom knowledge in new environments and discovering where their interests can make a difference.

At Leeds, business education extends beyond the classroom. In 2025–26, the school’s six Centers of Excellence enabled students to apply their learning, connect with professionals and address complex business and ethical challenges. These experiences enriched students’ education and expanded Leeds impact in the community.

Leeds awarded $7,428,217 in scholarships—$4,061,265 for undergraduates (1098 students) and $3,366,952 for graduates (672 students)—fueling access and momentum for Business Buffs.

In 2025-26, professorships, faculty fellowships and targeted research accelerated discovery and brought new expertise into the classroom.

Extraordinary faculty spark new ideas, expand perspectives and create lasting change. Through investments in teaching excellence and scholarly achievement, the Leeds community is empowering faculty to inspire students, advance discovery and elevate the school's tradition of excellence.
