If you’re one of those people who isn’t sure what you envision life after an MBA to be like, get a job and gain work experience for a few years while you figure it out. It’s not uncommon to change jobs within a short period of time after you graduate, so soak up different experiences and learn what you can from the business, leaders and challenges. Be as active as you can in each job by taking on challenging projects, participating in cross-functional teams and being in a mentorship program.
