Alyssa Radtke
Assistant Director | Leeds Scholars Program | Specialty Programs & STEM Initiatives
Undergraduate Programs

Alyssa is a proud alumna of the Leeds School of Business and is excited to be back on campus and working with students. Prior to returning to Leeds as the Assistant Director | Leeds Scholars Program | Specialty Programs & STEM Initiatives, she received a B.S.B.A. with an emphasis in Operations Management, minors in German and Germanic Language, and received the Global Business and SRE certificates. After graduation, Alyssa worked in supply chain as a Material Planner at Ball Aerospace. During her time there, she learned the importance of flexibility and learning quickly as the aerospace & defense industry navigated global supply chain challenges and daily shortages. Alyssa believes strongly in being an active participant in life and giving back. While she was a student, she worked to promote and improve DEI within LSP specifically through the recruitment, application, and interview process. She also served as Co-President of the Student Ambassadors organization where she developed her deep appreciation for CU. As an alumna, Alyssa has continued to be involved within LSP and CU Boulder as a whole. She served as the Director of Student Advisory on the LSP Alumni Board and further developed the alumni mentor program for the Sophomore year outreach projects and continued to push for changes in the application and interview process to allow for a more holistic review. Alyssa is also a member of the Board of Advisors for the CU Boulder Alumni Association where she is currently working on the CU Boulder Alumni Awards initiative and working to make young alumni, including those who graduated during COVID, feel included and heard within the association and the university. Lastly, outside of all things CU, Alyssa enjoys traveling, Formula 1, hockey, and football and goes to as many concerts as she can.
