Alyssa Radtke is a proud alumna of the Leeds School of Business. Prior to starting her role as the Assistant Director for the Leeds Scholars Program, Specialty Programs, and STEM Initiatives, she earned a B.S.B.A. with an emphasis in Operations Management, along with minors in German and Germanic Language, as well as the Global Business and SRE certificates. Alyssa began her career in supply chain at Ball Aerospace.
A firm believer in being an active participant in life and giving back, Alyssa worked to enhance and refine the Leeds Scholars Program’s recruitment, application, and interview process during her time as a student. She also served as Co-President of the Student Ambassadors organization, deepening her appreciation for CU Boulder.
As an alumna, Alyssa has remained actively involved with LSP and CU Boulder. She served as the Director of Student Advisory on the LSP Alumni Board, further developing the alumni mentor program for the Sophomore year outreach projects and advocating for a more holistic application and interview process. She is also a member of the Board of Advisors for the CU Boulder Alumni Association, where she has contributed to various initiatives and committees, including the CU Alumni Awards.
Outside of her work with CU, Alyssa enjoys traveling, Formula 1, hockey, football, and attending as many concerts as possible.
