The Leeds School of Business is a new sponsor and co-host of the Global Entrepreneurship and Innovation Research Conference, joining the University of Virginia Darden School of Business, the University of Cambridge Judge Business School, and the University of Hong Kong’s Faculty of Business and Economics (FBE) in this partnership.
The annual conference promotes worldwide scholarly collaborations across interdisciplinary academic communities and brings together a diverse set of presenters and community members for two days of scholarly conversation on innovation and entrepreneurship. The event travels between host cities in the United Kingdom, the United States and Asia.
“For 10 years now, the Global Entrepreneurship and Innovation Research Conference has been one of the premier venues to present exciting new entrepreneurship research,” says Jeff York, Research Director with the Deming Center for Entrepreneurship at Leeds School of Business. “To host the conference is an exciting opportunity for us to partner with leading institutions and scholars in the entrepreneurship research community.”
Leeds is looking forward to hosting the conference at CU Boulder, bringing global entrepreneurship leaders to the region, and showcasing the top talent and research here in Boulder. In addition, Leeds’ faculty will assist with the conference in Hong Kong next year.
