Colorado business leaders’ confidence rebounded slightly ahead of Q2 in the Leeds Business Confidence Index. Five of the six individual components of the index remain in positive territory, with national economy expectations still below neutral. Looking further out to Q3 2019, expectations turned pessimistic, with four of the six components of the index falling below 50 (neutral).
