From record-breaking enrollment to faculty research excellence, Leeds is right there at the forefront of key trends shaping the next generation of innovation and leadership.

Reaching new heights in real estate

A groundbreaking $13 million gift cemented the newly named Michael A. Klump Center for Real Estate, transforming Leeds’ real estate education for generations to come. Leading-edge programs and partnerships, underscored by real-world experience, will inspire a new group of trailblazing professionals and thought leaders in the dynamic world of real estate.

New benchmarks for excellence 

Soaring admissions and ambitious growth marked Leeds’ track record of accomplishments in 2024, further solidifying our reputation as a leading business school. Notably, retention rates rose to an impressive 96 percent, meaning students come to Leeds and stay to complete their degrees. And Leeds continues to attract world-class talent, naming 12 new Faculty Scholars this year.

Leeds’ Business Research Division hosted its 60th annual Colorado Business Economic Outlook in December, providing the state's business community with an invaluable preview of what to expect in the year ahead. Despite a complex national and global economic landscape, Colorado’s economy is expected to grow in 2025.
