Mission Statement

The CU Real Estate Club is a student-run organization committed to bridging the gap between classroom learning and real-world application. The Club offers a range of events, including speaker and panel events from professionals at reputable firms, professional building sessions, market updates, networking opportunities, and site tours. The CU Real Estate Club executive board structures the club to ensure the organized events offer skills, knowledge, resources, and opportunities to professionally develop our members.

The Spring 2026 semester includes speakers and panelists from McWhinney, Matthews Real Estate Investment Services, Crowd Street, Kroenke Sports, and Element Properties.

Our events are designed to provide Members a closer look at the many career options and specialties in the field of commercial real estate.  We also work to illustrate the breadth of this vast industry, while highlighting the different skills needed as a commercial real estate professional.
