Veronica Marrero is a PhD student in Strategy, Entrepreneurship and Operations at Leeds School of Business. Her interest lies in decision-making and learning tools development, including renewable energy, energy policy, environmental economy, and sustainability. Veronica has focused previous work on dynamic modelling and simulation and built a microworld for learning about renewable energy and incentives in her home country, Colombia (https://www.energetica2030.co/micromundo/).
Before joining Leeds, Veronica received her masters´ degree in Engineering with a focus in Energetic Systems and a Bachelor of Industrial Engineering from Universidad Nacional de Colombia.
