Biography
Mallory Decker studies Organizational Behavior at the Leeds School of Business. Prior to joining Leeds, she served 11 years as a U.S. Navy helicopter pilot, including tours in the U.S. House of Representatives and NATO. Her background sparked her research interests in leadership, organizational culture, and workplace well-being, and her work as been published in Human Resource Management, Harvard Business Review, and the Journal of Applied Psychology (forthcoming).
