Rose joined the Graduate Career Management team in 2025 as an Assistant Director. Prior to joining Leeds, Rose served as a Career and Professional Development Advisor at the Colorado School of Mines Career Center, assisting undergraduate and graduate students with their resumes, interview preparation, and other job search skills. Rose started her career working in talent acquisition for Fidelity Investments Asset Management division, supporting both executive hires and university recruiting. She holds a BS in Management with a concentration in Marketing and a co-concentration in Managing for Social Impact and the Public Good, as well as an MA in Higher Education, both from Boston College. When not on campus, Rose loves backpacking, skiing, going to concerts, and traveling back East to visit family and friends.
