Matthew Sauser

Matthew Sauser joined the Leeds Advancement Team in April 2024 as the Student & Recent Alumni Engagement & Philanthropy Coordinator. In this role, Matthew leads efforts to connect current students and recent graduates with the Leeds alumni network, with a particular focus on cultivating lifelong engagement and philanthropy. He also manages the GOLD (Graduates of the Last Decade) Board, working closely with volunteer leaders to strengthen ties between young alumni and the Leeds community.

Prior to joining Leeds, Matthew spent six years coaching collegiate football at Northwood University and Upper Iowa University. His background in athletics continues to inform his passion for building meaningful connections and helping students navigate the transition from campus to career.

Matthew earned his bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Social Science: Secondary Education from Michigan State University and holds an MBA from Northwood University. Originally from Michigan, he now calls Colorado home and enjoys making the most of the outdoors, golfing, hiking, snowboarding, playing basketball, and staying active year-round.
