Yuchen Luo

Yuchen Luo is an Assistant Teaching Professor of Supply Chain Analytics at the Leeds School of Business, University of Colorado Boulder. He teaches courses in operations management and supply chain management, integrating case studies, interactive exercises, and real-world applications to help students understand how organizations compete through their operations. 

Yuchen earned his PhD in Applied Mathematics from the University of Maryland. Before joining Leeds, he worked as a Lead Data Scientist at Bain & Company, where he advised corporate clients on projects such as network optimization, inventory management, and demand forecasting. Drawing on both his academic training and consulting experience, he brings a practical, applied perspective to the classroom, bridging business challenges with analytical and strategic tools in supply chain and operations management.
