With sales of natural and organic products projected to surpass $300 billion by 2023, the industry is growing quickly and has the potential to create positive social, environmental, and economic impacts. This executive education course provides up and coming leaders in the food industry an opportunity to learn graduate-level coursework with the pragmatic real-world experience of practitioners. The program takes place July 11-15th in beautiful Boulder, CO, considered an epicenter for the industry that changed how Americans eat and how Americans expect businesses to operate.
The week-long course will be team-taught by the world-class faculty of the University of Colorado’s Leeds School of Business and many leading industry practitioners, including current and former natural food and products CEOs. In addition to covering topics such as business finance, sales, marketing, strategy, supply chain management, team building, and ESG, the class will include extensive networking opportunities and treks to local companies. At the end of the program, participants will receive a certificate from CU Boulder’s Leeds School of Business.
