Brittany spent her childhood living in many states, but refers to Colorado as home. She began her HR career in Washington, D.C., working at the British Embassy, followed by supporting an established think tank. Brittany then had the opportunity to relocate to England for six years. Throughout this time abroad, she worked within various HR positions across multiple industries, with the majority of her career spent as an HR Manager for IKEA Ltd. outside of London. After many years away from Colorado, Brittany made the exciting decision to return to the sunshine and mountains. She specifically is passionate about leadership and competence development, alongside fostering an environment of being a great place to work.

Brittany received her B.Sc. in Human Resource Management and B.Sc. in International Business from Liberty University, followed by earning her M.Sc. in Human Resource Management from the University of Liverpool.
