Colorado business leaders' confidence remained just above neutral in the Leeds Business Confidence Index. Four of the six individual components of the index remained in positive territory, but all six components declined from the prior quarter and the prior year. Looking further out to Q4 2019, expectations turned pessimistic, with all six components of the index falling below 50 (neutral).
