Real growth, real opportunity, and real estate all come together in Colorado. Real estate is an essential part of all our lives--it is where we live, work and play. Formerly a certificate program, our new Real Estate Emphasis educates students about the three fundamental building blocks of real estate: real estate property markets; real estate capital markets; and the legal environment where real estate is built, bought, sold, valued, used as security for mortgages, taxed, owned and rented. The real estate program prepares students by exploring the link between real estate and capital markets, developing real estate decision-making skills, and analyzing real estate opportunities.
