Startups & Sandwiches

Introducing Startups & Sandwiches hosted by the Deming Center for Entrepreneurship! Startups & Sandwiches provides students with an opportunity to network with seasoned entrepreneurs, while enjoying some of the finest sandwiches Boulder has to offer…for free!

About Startups & Sandwiches

Startups & Sandwiches occurs once a month during the Spring and Fall semesters. At these events, students hear first-hand how entrepreneurs across various industries navigated their way to success.

Each entrepreneur has a different story and creates an interactive activity for students to get involved! A Q&A is held at the end of each session giving students an opportunity to ask additional questions. Best of all, the Deming Center for Entrepreneurship provides free sandwiches for registered students!

The Deming Center for Entrepreneurship brings entrepreneurs from across various industries to speak at Startups & Sandwiches. Some past speakers include Pete Turner (Founder of Illegal Pete’s), David Brown (Founder of TechStars), and Maggie Grout, (Founder of Thinking Huts).

Startups & Sandwiches is a wonderful networking opportunity for students, especially those who are interested in becoming entrepreneurs themselves.
