What are the realities of being a woman in today's business environment? The research shows that the subtle (and not so subtle) biases that affect the way that women are being perceived at the office are not being discussed enough.

Join Dr. Stefanie Johnson for a one credit hour research driven experience that will not only change the way that you understand gender equity in the business world, but transform the way you lead.  This course focuses on multiple aspects of leadership and is primarily delivered through interaction with CEOs and successful business leaders who will speak to the class.

Through this course, you will gain a deeper understanding of perception of leadership, the business landscape for women, and how to turn obstacles into opportunities.  The purpose of this course is to challenge your assumptions, harness your power, and push you to grow as a leader.
