My focus is on marketing and communications for higher education institutions. Through approaches founded in empirical research, data analytics, theoretical models and technology, my efforts help colleges and universities operationalize their strategic imperatives. This is demonstrated through projects in branding, reputation building, student recruitment, student retention, advancement and development efforts. Professional engagements include my work at the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado Boulder, the University of Denver, the Rocky Mountain College of Art & Design, La Salle University and the Lasallian Education system of schools. My innovative approaches to marketing have been highlighted on Wired.com and my approach to using Google Analytics in higher education settings was recently highlighted on the Higher Ed Experts website.
I graduated with my Master's in Communications from Regis University with Alpha Sigma Nu honors and am a proud father and husband.
