Nikki Luth

Nikki joined the Leeds Advancement team in July 2024 as the Program Manager of Advancement Experiences. In this role, she leads a variety of programs, events, and initiatives designed to engage alumni, board members, donors, corporate partners, and the broader Leeds community.

Before joining Leeds, Nikki held positions in higher education, including roles at Penn State University with the College of Information Sciences and Technology, and at the Virginia Tech Corporate Research Center. With a background in business and extensive experience in hospitality, event planning, and program management, Nikki excels at creating impactful events that align with the goals and missions of event hosts. She leverages data-driven insights to make informed decisions that enhance guest engagement and ensure the success of each initiative.

Originally from New Jersey, Nikki earned her bachelor's degree from West Virginia University and an MBA with a focus on marketing analytics from Penn State's Smeal College of Business. Outside of work, Nikki enjoys exercising, hiking, walking her dogs, Winston and Salem, and spending time with her niece.
