Kate Minnihan serves as a Senior Employer Relations Manager for the Undergraduate Career Development Office. She started at Leeds in July 2019 and specializes in building and maintaining employer partnerships with a focus on management and technology-related industries. She also oversees the office's social channels and manages the team's marketing and events interns. Kate has previously overseen the Leeds Shadow Day program and taught the Internship Accelerator course, providing students with the opportunity to expand their professionalism skills and consult on real-time projects for employer partners.

Originally from Colorado and a Leeds grad, Kate works remotely from San Diego but still loves being able to serve students at her alma mater. Prior to her role at Leeds, Kate spent time living abroad in Switzerland, as well as working in the international, educational travel and sales space. Kate enjoys spending her free time outdoors whether that be playing beach volleyball, hiking with her pup Pickles, or exploring ski resorts around the world and riding new terrain.
