Biography

Dr. Stefanie K. Johnson is a professor of Organizational Leadership and Information Analytics and the Director of CU Boulder’s Center for Leadership. She has held the Andrea and Michael Leeds Research Fellowship, served as the Director of the Daniels Fund Ethics Initiative, and was a 2020 RIO Fellow. 

She is a fellow in the Society of Industrial Organizational Psychologists (SIOP) and the American Psychological Society (APS) and is on the board of the International Leadership Association. She has published in top journals and has received over $4 million in external funding. 

Dr. Johnson is the author of the Wall Street Journal National Bestseller: Inclusify: The power of uniqueness and belonging to build innovative teams (pub. Harper Collins)She has presented her work around the world including at the White House for a 2016 summit on diversity in corporate America.
