Seminars Series
The Center for Research in Consumer Financial Decision Making (CFDM) is committed to fostering a vibrant and collaborative research community. As part of this mission, we organize a Seminar Series that provides a platform for researchers to present their early-stage work and receive valuable feedback from colleagues.
The Seminar Series features both internal seminars hosted in Boulder and virtual seminars conducted over Zoom.
This hybrid approach allows us to engage with researchers from around the world, facilitating the exchange of ideas and fostering collaboration on a global scale.
Our internal seminars, held on the Leeds Business School in Boulder, offer an intimate setting for researchers to share their work with the local community. These seminars provide an opportunity for faculty, graduate students, and visiting scholars to discuss ongoing projects, explore new ideas, and receive constructive feedback from their peers.
To extend our reach and engage with researchers wherever they are, we host virtual seminars over Zoom. These online sessions allow us to showcase the work of scholars from diverse institutions and backgrounds, promoting a broader exchange of knowledge and ideas within the consumer financial decision-making research community.
The virtual seminars also enable researchers to participate in the Seminar Series regardless of their location, making it easier to collaborate with colleagues across the globe. This inclusive
