WHAT OUR STUDENTS SAY:
"My undergraduate classes prepared me to work and communicate with others--inside and outside my area of emphasis. The work you are assigned correlates really well to the work that these companies would actually be performing. I anticipate that my hands-on experience at Leeds will be an asset to me once I begin looking for jobs after graduation.”
- Matt Schottland (Fin, Acct’25)

WHAT EMPLOYERS SAY:

"Our employees play a crucial role in helping bring ideas to life and speed them to market, and I continue to be impressed with the graduates of Leeds. The skills, perspectives and resilience they exhibit are essential for success in today's dynamic marketplace and complex supply chain.”

BADAMI OFFICE OF EXPERIENTIAL LEARNING

Where Learning Meets Action
The Nicholas Dante Badami Office of Experiential Learning (BOEL) has one mission: to connect classroom knowledge with real-world experience.
BOEL is the hub for applied learning at Leeds, closing the gap between theory and practice to prepare students to lead with confidence. Through the BOEL, students connect with companies to tackle real business challenges, gain professional readiness, and develop the emotional intelligence that sets them up for success. Powered by a transformative gift from CU Boulder alumnus John Cumming and the Cumming Foundation, the BOEL is redefining what a hands-on business education looks like.
