Organizational Behavior
Meredith Lehman is a PhD student in Organizational Behavior at the Leeds School of Business. Prior to joining Leeds, she served as a faculty member in the Business Department at Bethel College in Kansas, teaching undergraduate management, leadership, and ethics courses. Meredith’s professional background includes retail management and training and development, which sparked an interest in management and employee motivation in a range of industries. She earned an M.A. in Organizational Communication from DePaul University and bachelor’s degrees in History, German, and Religion from Bethel College.
