Silvie Kilworth

Silvie Kilworth is responsible for the strategy and operations for graduate programs designed for working professionals, including the Executive, Evening, and Hybrid MBA programs. She brings more than two decades of experience in higher education administration and strategy to her role at Leeds. Her work emphasizes a systems-thinking approach, strategically designing structures able to respond dynamically to change.

Prior to joining Leeds, Silvie served as Assistant Director for Program Strategy and Operations in CU Boulder’s Division of Continuing Education, where she led the successful launch of 20 master’s programs and graduate certificates from academic units across campus. She also played a pivotal role in developing the infrastructure for the administration of online programs. Silvie has collaborated with every school and college at CU Boulder, as well as with a range of administrative units, and has extensive experience in cross-functional leadership, relationship building, policy development, program strategy, and fiscal management.

Silvie holds a PhD in Higher Education Leadership from Colorado State University, where her research focused on complexity leadership for organizational adaptability. She also holds an MS in Marketing from the University of Colorado Denver and a BA in Psychology from CU Boulder.
