Karen Laszlo

Karen has over 30 years of experience in strategy, venture development, and executive leadership. Her corporate background includes leadership roles in strategic planning, M&A, finance, and business development at Square Two Financial, Advanstar Communications, and Progressive Insurance. She also brings extensive startup experience, serving in executive roles at venture-backed PlanSoft, founding the award-winning children’s health gaming platform ZisBoomBah, and advising a range of entrepreneurial ventures.
Currently, Karen advises health and wellness companies on growth strategies and teaches full-time at the Leeds School of Business, where she has engaged students in strategy through case studies, experiential learning, and real-world applications since 2017.
She holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship & Marketing from Case Western Reserve University and a BSBA in Finance from Wright State University.
