Elmer Ramos joined the Leeds School faculty in 2020 after a 25-year career in the consumer products industry. His diverse experience includes senior marketing and general manager roles – spanning companies from Fortune 200 to startup, both domestically and internationally. Most notably, he spent 15 years with General Mills, where he led such worldwide brands as Cheerios, Nature Valley and Pillsbury.
Elmer’s teaching portfolio reflects this rich experience: marketing strategy, brand development, P&L management, product innovation, international business and cross-functional leadership. He earned his B.S. from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, and his M.B.A. from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
