Audra Barber

Audra Barber, MA, is an Assistant Teaching Professor in the Professional Effectiveness Division of the Leeds School of Business. She is passionate about helping students discover their authentic voice and present themselves with confidence as professionals.
 
Audra is a TEDxCU speaker and has taught a range of courses in the CU Boulder Communication Department, including Public Speaking and Professional & Business Communication. She has also served as a Speech Coach for the Josephine Jones Speaking Lab. At Leeds, Audra teaches Communication Strategy and leads workshops for undergraduate and graduate students as well as faculty on topics from navigating public speaking anxiety and delivering conference presentations to enhancing career readiness.
 
A proud CU Boulder alumna, Audra earned her MA in Communication from the University of Colorado Boulder, where she continues to support CU students through mentoring and outreach. She remains committed to helping students develop the skills, voice, and confidence to thrive professionally.
