Al Pisano

Al Pisano, Ed.D. is a faculty member at the University of Colorado Boulder’s Leeds School of Business, where his work focuses on leadership, talent management, artificial intelligence, and the changing nature of work. He serves as a faculty advisor for the Leeds AI Club and as a faculty affiliate with the Badami Office of Experiential Learning (BOEL). Al brings more than 25 years of experience as an educator and administrator across higher education and K–12, as well as experience as an entrepreneur and author. His work combines leadership research, emerging technologies, and experiential learning to help students become more adaptable, empathetic, and effective leaders in a rapidly changing business environment.
