Engaging people with CU Boulder comes naturally to Chrissy. A Colorado native and CU Buff herself, Chrissy spent over three years recruiting new Buffaloes as an admission counselor with the Office of Admissions. She loved traveling the country and counseling prospective students on the opportunities available to them on campus. She then spent time developing an Alumni Relations program for the College of Arts and Sciences to help reconnect alumni with the college. Now an Academic Advisor in the Leeds School of Business at CU, Chrissy loves working closely with students and helping them make the most of their academic career in order to maximize their career potential.
Chrissy earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism-Broadcast News from the University of Colorado Boulder in 2006. She lives in Gunbarrel, CO with her husband, daughter, and Bernese Mountain Dog, Jennings. If you can’t find Chrissy on campus, look for her on a beach somewhere or 60 feet below the ocean scuba diving.
