Ann Lerner

Ann Lerner is a Career Coach who works with all First and Second year students and focuses on career and industry exploration. Ann provides advice and guidance from early exploration to job search preparation, including resume development, networking, and interviewing.

Prior to joing Leeds, Ann spent the majority of her career with Deloitte, working across the organization as a Managing Director, leading Marketing for a highly experiential customer organization, leading client teams, and running operations as a Chief of Staff. She also worked with two early stage venture backed companies, driving growth and building operations processes to support growth at scale. 

Her experience and passion for helping leaders and team members navigate their career journey drew her to Leeds Career Coaching.

Ann and her family moved from the Bay Area to Boulder in 2019 and enjoy all that Colorado has to offer. She is an avid hiker and yogi, and is attempting to learn to love golf.
