Kelli Stevens

Kelli Stevens serves as executive director of undergraduate programs at the Leeds School of Business, where she provides leadership for the Leeds undergraduate student experience.

In her role, Stevens oversees undergraduate programs and operations, including admissions, first year experience, academic advising, career development and employer relations, and works closely with Leeds faculty, staff and campus partners to support student curriculum delivery and program innovation. She plays a key role in advancing initiatives related to student success, experiential learning and student engagement within the undergraduate business program.

Stevens brings extensive experience in higher education administration, including undergraduate program management, academic advising, student services and cross‑functional collaboration. Her work focuses on creating inclusive, student‑centered academic environments and ensuring that undergraduate programs align with institutional priorities and workforce needs.

She holds a master’s degree in educational psychology from the University of Colorado Denver and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Michigan.
