Donor Impact Report 2024–25

A Message of Gratitude From Dean Khatri
Dear Leeds Community,
To our Leeds alumni, friends, partners and colleagues — thank you. This past year was a historic one for Leeds, powered by generosity that opened doors for students, strengthened faculty excellence and deepened our connection to industry and society.
Because of you, Leeds delivered record-breaking scholarship support that kept more Business Buffs focused on their area of study, broadened access to high-impact learning and accelerated progress toward graduation. As a result, more students engaged in co-curricular offerings and graduated prepared to lead with purpose.
It was also a year of transformational philanthropy. The newly named Michael A. Klump Center for Real Estate expanded hands-on experiences for students interested in real estate careers. Programming such as national treks, case competitions, externships and more have created forward-looking opportunities for students to learn by doing. Simultaneously, Leeds faculty continue to amplify thought leadership and research in a field that will shape communities for years to come.
Donor investment in endowed chairs, professorships and targeted faculty research advanced discovery and brought fresh expertise into the classroom. These funds fuel rigorous coursework and create real-world impact across disciplines.
Equally important, gifts that build community and belonging helped students to feel seen, supported and inspired to pay it forward. This spirit of care is part of what makes Leeds special and embodies our vision to elevate business as a force for good.
Leeds is thinking bigger and moving faster because of you. Thank you for investing in the people and programs that make this school exceptional—and for helping us prepare principled, innovative leaders who will build a more prosperous and sustainable future.
