Leah Mosier is a designer, engineer, and communication guru. From solar powered amps to how women invest their money, bicycle generators to rock climbing design projects, chicken incubators to environmental justice, Leah leaves her mark through projects that have purpose. She is the founder of Sustain Tomorrow: a design thinking company that guides cities, universities, and utilities to solve pressing problems.

As the Dean’s Leadership Fellows’ Chief Learning Officer, Leah strives to help students tell stories with meaning, facilitate workshops, and design creative solutions to pressing problems in the health, environmental, and social sectors. In each course, empathy is at the heart of leadership.

Leah’s educational background is in education, sustainability, and design thinking. She has a degree in Atmosphere/Energy from Stanford University where she focused on design thinking and equity. She has experience in facilitation from her time at Rocky Mountain Institute where she led events with 200+ cities to help accelerate solar energy projects.

Currently, Leah works at Guidehouse on their design thinking team where she works closely with clients on projects that involve customer engagement, creative communication, market research, facilitation, interviews, and design.
