Emily Booth is a senior Consultant in the Chicago office of Bain & Company.  She joined the firm in 2015.

While at Bain, Emily has spent the majority of her time focusing on retail strategy and negotiations, leading broad transformations, and enterprise technology. In addition to her casework, Emily spent two years working exclusively with Bain’s global human capital group, focused on strategy and research around gender diversity. Prior to her time at Bain, Emily worked in the accounting industry, writing revenue standards at the FASB and consulting for technical accounting issues at PwC.

Emily obtained her MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business in 2019 where she was named an Arjay Miller Scholar. She also holds bachelor’s and a master’s degree with distinction in accounting from the University of Colorado, Leeds School of Business.

Emily is originally from Denver, Colorado and currently lives in Chicago.
