David Prinster Headshot
Lecturer
Strategy, Entrepreneurship and Operations • Deming Center for Entrepreneurship

David Prinster first got involved with the Leeds School of Business back in 2009 as a mentor for students and guest panel judge for class competitions. He joined the faculty staff in 2013 and continues to teach the capstone course for the Business Minor Certificate program. David has a love for teaching and working with youth and has held several volunteer positions with organizations that combine these two passions, including Junior Achievement and Ignite Adaptive Sports.

David brings a wealth of real-world business experience to the classroom as his entire career has been spent in the Information Technology industry, from startups to large public companies. David started his professional career as a computer programmer (back when it wasn't cool) but has worked the majority of his career in Sales and Marketing. David believes his calling is to help others achieve success in business, which is why he enjoys developing partnerships with small businesses and teaching at the Leeds School. David is a Colorado native, born and raised in Grand Junction, and lives in Boulder. He graduated from Santa Clara University with a double major in Finance and Information Systems and earned his MBA from the London Business School.
