Julia (Wei) Cui

Julia Wei Cui, PhD, is an Assistant Teaching Professor at the Leeds School of Business, University of Colorado Boulder. She earned her doctorate in Media and Communication from Texas Tech University, bringing both academic expertise and five years of industry experience to her role.

Dr. Cui’s teaching and scholarship bridge interpersonal and intercultural communication with business practice. By combining theory with real-world application, she prepares students to communicate effectively across cultures, lead with empathy, and develop strategic communication skills essential for success in today’s global business environment.
