Homecoming Events

Golden Buffalo Luncheon

Celebrate the legacy and lasting impact of our Golden Buffaloes at this special Homecoming luncheon honoring Colorado Law alumni who graduated 50 or more years ago. Professor Mark Loewenstein will reflect on nearly 45 years of teaching at Colorado Law, sharing his perspectives on what has changed and what has remained constant in legal education, the legal profession, and the law school community. Attendees will also be invited to reflect on their own Colorado Law experiences and enduring connections that have shaped generations of Colorado Law.

Ethics CLE Presentation: Who Gets to Live Forever?

Join Colorado Law for a 90-minute ethics CLE exploring the intersection of aging, capacity, ethics and emerging issues in health law and bioethics. The program will examine ethical considerations in elder law, clients with diminished capacity, and evolving legal and policy challenges related to aging, health care, and emerging technologies. Featuring Professor Govind Persad and Marco Chayet '97, this program offers timely insights for attorneys navigating complex ethical issues in an evolving legal landscape.

Law Buffs Homecoming Tailgate BBQ/Brunch

Celebrate law Buff pride with us on Saturday, October 3rd at the Folsom Field, just before CU takes on the Texas Tech (kickoff time TBD)! Reconnect with fellow Forever Buffs, soak in the Homecoming energy, and gear up to cheer on the Buffs in style. This is a family friendly event. All ages welcome. We’ll CU you there!
