Colorado Law's Annual Homecoming Ethics CLE
Wednesday, October 14, 2020, noon-1:30 p.m. MDT
Amy DeVan ('01), executive director of Wheeler Trigg O’Donnell LLP, will present on "What Keeps Law Firm Management Up at Night? (And What Should You Worry About Even as a Solo or Small Firm Leader?)"
Law firm leaders, from Big Law to solo practitioners, spend (or should spend) a lot of time thinking and worrying about the ethical issues related to the practice of law. This was true before the COVID-19 pandemic, it is true now, and it will be true long after we emerge from this strange and intense period. So, what are leaders worrying about, what are their thoughts about those worries, and what are the answers?
Complimentary; 2 Ethics CLE credits pending.
