On Friday, Nov. 1, Professor Anna Spain Bradley delivered the keynote address at the 13th annual Colorado Bar Association’s Alternative Dispute Resolution Conference in Denver. Her talk, "8 Billion and Rising: Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) in a Global World," addressed how current and future global trends will influence the practice and profession of ADR and the key skills and competencies that arbitrators, mediators, negotiators, lawyers, and other ADR professionals should have to prepare for the coming changes. She emphasized the importance of understanding identity and diversity in a global world.
