Marc H. Graboyes has over 15 years of experience representing emerging growth companies throughout their organizational life cycle, including entity formation, private placement and venture capital transactions, public offerings, technology and licensing matters, public and private mergers and acquisitions, employee compensation plans, public company reporting and disclosure matters, and compliance with securities laws. During his career, Graboyes has represented emerging companies in a variety of industries, including biotechnology, computer hardware and software, communications and medical devices. Graboyes has also represented venture capital funds in connection with numerous private placement and venture capital transactions. Graboyes is currently a self-employed consultant to the pharmaceutical industry. From February 2008 to September 2012, Graboyes served as senior vice president, general counsel and secretary of Allos Therapeutics, a public biopharmaceutical company that was acquired by Spectrum Pharmaceuticals in 2012. From October 2004 to January 2008, Graboyes served as Allos' vice president, general counsel, and secretary. Prior to joining Allos, Graboyes practiced corporate and securities law with several national law firms, including Cooley Godward LLP, Perkins Coie LLP, and LeBoeuf, Lamb, Greene & MacRae LLP.  Graboyes earned his JD from the University of Colorado Law School in 1996, where he was elected Order of the Coif, and received his BS in Entrepreneurship & Small Business Management from the University of Colorado Boulder. He enjoys skiing, golf, cycling, and spending time with family.
