Saeed Henderson is an enterprise risk management professional with more than 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Working on large scale programs including Sarbanes-Oxley, anti-bribery & corruption, third party oversight, and payments to health care professionals have focused Saeed on understanding the human element of risk and compliance activities. Currently, Saeed is accountable for ensuring oversight and governance are in place across environment, health & safety, and product quality within the portfolio of managed facilities and real estate transactions.
Prior to focusing on the ground level core elements risk and compliance, Saeed served as a deputy compliance officer in procurement and also lead enterprise wide audits of cloud computing, resource planning, crisis management, and payments to health care professionals.
Viewing and experiencing risk and controls from various levels of the organization led to a recent passion to understand the culture of ethics & compliance. Focused on understanding the difference between practice and execution, he is embarking to work hands-on with staff at the cold face to risks to understand behaviour in the midst of making quality decisions repetitively.
