For our next spotlight, we sat down with 2L Niall Griffin to learn more about his time here at Colorado Law so far. Originally from Glen Ellyn, IL, Niall worked in the service industry for 6 years prior to coming to law school. Once he graduates, he hopes to use his law degree to provide legal counsel to small businesses and startups.

The 2023-24 Gilbert Goldstein Faculty Fellowship has been awarded to Suzette Malveaux, Colorado Law’s Moses Lasky Professor of Law and Director of the Byron R. White Center for the Study of American Constitutional Law. Awarded by the Dean, the fellowship provides one semester without teaching responsibilities to enable concentration on research and writing.

On Sept. 12, the Byron R. White Center for the Study of American Constitutional Law hosted its first SCOTUS Review lunch talk at the University of Colorado Law School. CU Constitutional Law professors broke down the latest U.S. Supreme Court decisions, their potential impact, and what to keep an eye out for in future cases.
