Honorable Randall Arp '82, joined the distinguished arbiters at Judicial Arbiter Group, Inc. Arp was a District Court Judge in the First Judicial District from 2006-2023, where he handled a mixed docket, and then became a presiding domestic court judge for Jefferson County.
