Fritz Holleman

Fritz Holleman is a practicing water lawyer in Boulder, Colorado, at Bushong & Holleman PC. Fritz's current law practice focuses on water rights, water quality, federal public lands, endangered species, NEPA and related litigation. He has successfully represented cities, towns, ski areas, special districts, large public companies, private ranches and environmental groups. In addition to his private law practice, Fritz has worked as a Trial Attorney in the Environment and Natural Resources Division at the Department of Justice, and was the Deputy Solicitor for Water Resources at the Department of the Interior from 2011 to 2014. He has participated in many trials in state and federal courts around the Western United States, including Colorado water courts, and has argued successfully before the Colorado Supreme Court.
