- Agency, Partnership and the LLC (LAWS 6201): Is generally offered every year.
- Conflict of Laws (LAWS 6108): Is offered intermittently.
- Constitutional Law (LAWS 6005): Is a required course for 1L year in the spring.
- Contracts (LAWS 5121): Is a required course for 1L year in the fall.
- Corporations (LAWS 6211): Is generally offered every year.
- Criminal Law (LAWS 5503): Is a required course for 1L year in the spring.
- Criminal Procedure: Adjudicative Process (LAWS 7045): Is generally offered every year.
- Criminal Procedure: Investigative Phrase (LAWS 6045): Is generally offered every year.
- Evidence (LAWS 6353): Is a required course for 2L or 3L year and is generally offered in the fall and spring, plus another section of Evidence and Trial Practice (LAWS 6363) is offered intermittently.
- Family Law (LAWS 7105): Is generally offered every year.
- Civil Procedure (LAWS 5303): Is a required course for 1L year in the fall.
- First Amendment (LAWS 7015): Is generally offered every year.
- Property (LAWS 5624): Is a required course for 1L year in the spring.
- Secured Transactions (LAWS 6021): Is generally offered every year.
- Torts (LAWS 5425): Is a required course for 1L year in the fall.
- Wills and Trusts (LAWS 6104): Is generally offered every year.
